Buontalenti, Badiani's renowned gelato flavour, is the star of each Pinguino. Originating in the 1960s, this world-famous flavour pays homage to Bernardo Buontalenti, the Florentine inventor of gelato, and is crafted with only four high-quality local ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, and eggs.
