You can celebrate the King's Coronation with Bonne Maman's fantastic recipes.

Coronation Cake

This wonderful triple tiered Coronation Cake is a delicious showstopper to bake for the King's Coronation. Filled with our luscious Hazelnut Chocolate Spread, it is rich and moist with a creamy fudge frosting and then decorated with its very own white chocolate ‘crown’ jewelled with nuts and edible gold sparkles. A magnificent cake fit for a King!

Glittering Shortbread Crowns

Simply delicious crown biscuits for a wonderful royal Coronation display. These Vanilla Shortbread Crowns are sandwiched together with a selection of jewel bright Conserves or Hazelnut Chocolate Spread, cut into crown shapes, and topped with edible glitter. It's an easy dough to roll and cut out - perfect for getting the little ones involved!

Picnic Dessert Jars

If you are planning a Spring picnic to celebrate the Coronation, these beautiful individual servings in empty Bonne Maman jars are the perfect treat. Pack the empty jars full of soft, red fruit flavours and a quick, dreamy cheesecake topping. Add a glittery gold shortbread crown biscuit for the final royal seal of approval.

Coronation Party Traybake

This Coronation Party Traybake is filled with His Majesty's favourite fruits and flavours… a sublime carrot cake subtly spiced with hints of ginger and Darjeeling tea then topped with fruity Damson Plum Conserve and creamy mascarpone. This recipe serves 16-20 people – a wonderful addition to a royal street party.

Hazelnut Chocolate Martini Royale

Raise a royal toast to His Majesty King Charles and Queen Camilla with this luxurious tipple. Espresso coffee mixed with our Hazelnut Chocolate Spread, vodka and Drambuie… simple to make and utterly delicious. Dip the martini glasses in edible gold glitter for that extra touch of royalty.
