Sabzi, which currently has sites in Truro and Falmouth, was founded by chef Kate Attlee.

Nestled in the very heart of the town, the new deli is on Duke Street, and is due to open on August First, will offer a fresh and totally unique array of budget-friendly, healthy, and delicious food options made with quality, seasonal produce.
Visitors can expect a daily-changing menu of takeaway and dine-in dishes that showcase Sabzi's creativity and commitment to getting the most flavour from every ingredient.
Kate went on to say: “Padstow is a town dominated by fantastic, and extremely well-known, male chefs. As a mixed race woman who grew up in Cornwall, trained at Michelin Star level in service, honed my chefing skills on Masterchef and has now opened my own food business, I take great pride in helping to diversify the culinary landscape. Sabzi's journey is not about competing, but rather adding a unique flavour to this vibrant town as well as encouraging other female chefs to challenge the status quo.”
The Nansledan development, located on the outskirts of Newquay, provides an ideal setting for Sabzi's fourth establishment, opening in September. Known for its sustainable practices and community-focused ethos, Nansledan aligns perfectly with the deli's core values.
The Nansledan location will offer eat-in and takeaway options at an everyday price point without compromising on either quality or flavour. Customers can look forward to a variety of creative dishes, plus a vibrant restaurant that will surely act as a vibrant, lively hub within the community.
