Don Papa Raspberry Sour
Ingredients:
15ml Raspberry Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
50ml Don Papa Rum
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and then dry shake for 30 seconds without ice
Add ice and then shake again until tin is frosty
Strain into a glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice
